InterVac South Africa will ship products via selected courier companies.

Customers have the option of utilising their own courier companies on a collection basis. Unless notified otherwise, products will be available for collection within 24 hours of receipt of a confirmed order.

Standard collection hours are 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday, and 08:30 to 15:30 Fridays. Please advise if you need to collect beyond these hours or on weekends.

Unless credit approval has been granted, customers are required to make payment in advance of shipping.
